![]() On Pride weekend November 6 and 7, organizers are calling on the community to light up their homes, and businesses with pink or rainbow lights, to foster a spirit of community and solidarity and affirm their support for LGBTQ equality, equity, and diversity. Those participating will join thousands of other private home-based light ups across the valley to take part in a new virtual lighting ceremony. This year, as Pride Week events adapt to a new world of COVID-19 restrictions, valley residents will come together to Light Up the Night in a new and special way as Palm Springs Pride’s inaugural lighting ceremony comes to living rooms, windows, front yards and porches across the valley. ![]() In Palm Springs, Pride Week usually involves large crowds at events across the city. Valley residents are invited to celebrate Pride and Light Up the Night with pink or rainbow lights at home or their business on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7.
